Home to some of the largest carp in Wales
Ten acres of untouched clear blue water

Lamby Lake is a young lake being dug in 2001 from an old river bed. It is very rich, with plant and animal life thriving. Add to this the high quality of water and you have a perfect environment for fish. The existing fish stock, are testament
to this, growing fast (up to 7lb a year!) and spawning happily.

  The lake topography
Lamby Lake is approximately
ten acres in size and has varying depths of water from two to
ten feet with an average depth of around six feet.

There are many sand, gravel
and weed areas to fish. Many
of which can be seen from the bank side in the clear water.

Due to the age of the lake the vegetation is presently a little sparse. It is though starting to mature nicely.
