	Reduced Membership for the rest of the season! For the first year we actually have a few spaces left for sale. We are now doing these at a reduced price of £100 for the night ticket. If you are interested you can ring Rich - 07878831048 or email rich@lambylake.com I sometimes get asked - "does a night ticket mean when the sun comes up I have to go home?". No it means you can fish 24/7 were as the day membership is days only - simple really! We also Have a new bailiff - Tudor, so you will probably bump into him wandering around the lake soon!

	Opening week and Memberships We had a great start to the new season with many 20's caught up to 30lb. There were a few PB's and a lot of happy anglers. Read about these captures and more on our forum. You will be surprised to hear that after such a prolific start to the season we still have a few places left on the night ticket. This seems to be the situation at the moment due to the financial climate with many hard to get tickets now being advertising in Carp Talk every week. So if you would like a ticket now is the best time to apply, we offer one of the best chances in Wales for a true Welsh thirty!. 	Lamby leading the way in Wales!! We are excited to have been asked by Rob Hughes of the BCAC'S to use Lamby in a new UK Carp Competition. The competition is the singles version of the popular BCAC'S and Lamby is to hold a qualifying round on the weekend of the 17th June 2012. This means the lake will be closed to fishing that weekend other then to those that are fishing the comp. We are pleased to be the first Welsh venue used in one of these comps and it is testament to the quality of the fishery. Lamby's first week of the season produces two 30's!

The cold air and increased pressure on the lake has resulted in a slow start. However supplementing the fish's diet seems to be working with the fish all at good weights.

First Chris Robinson smashed his PB with Nemo at 29.08lb.
Then Jamie Mamo smashed his with Halfmoon at 32.08lb.
Then came a little surprise when Nigel Hodgeson landed Frodo going over 30 for the first time at 30.08lb.

Frodo at an all time high of 30.08lb!

We were all pleased to see this stunning common carp known as Frodo break the 30lb barrier, especially Nigel!

	New clothes for the New Year! Coming soon! Happy New Year to you all, hopefully soon the lakes will come out of the long freeze and we can cast the first line of the new decade! Also to help you into the new decade you will soon be able to buy some of those infamous items of Lamby clothing I am so often asked about!! They will be added to the products page as an online shop very soon so keep an eye out for them.
